SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:

    • Formulate and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.

    • Identify target audiences, platforms, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for effective social media campaigns.

  2. Content Creation:

    • Produce engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok.

    • Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content to convey brand messaging.

    • Coordinate with the content creators to prepare their filming schedules, deadlines, and submission of content

    • Write, oversee, edit captions for posts

  3. Community Engagement:

    • Foster and grow an active online community through thoughtful engagement and interactions.

    • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media channels.

    • Implement tools to help streamline and automate community engagement

  4. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.

    • Provide regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  5. Stay Updated on Trends:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains relevant.

  6. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

    • Collaborate with influencers and partners for strategic campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.

  • Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Bonus: Knowledge and experience in the field of dance

Education and Experience:

  • A completed degree, certificate or diploma program in Digital Marketing

  • Previous experience in social media management and content creation.

  • Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.

WORK EXCHANGE PROGRAM


The Work Exchange Program at City Dance Corps plays a pivotal role in creating the exceptional dance atmosphere at City Dance Corps. By joining our vibrant community and contributing your positive energy, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy complimentary dance classes as a token of our appreciation!

ABOUT THE WORK EXCHANGE PROGRAM

The City Dance Corps entails a fixed weekly shift, in return for a predetermined number of complimentary dance classes each week or $17.25 account credit per hour. To participate in this program, we request a minimum commitment of three months.

Here's what your responsibilities will include:

  1. Welcoming and assisting new students

  2. Providing information on our programs, packages, and prices

  3. Supporting students with purchases and merchandise

  4. Engaging in administrative work

  5. Assisting with event setup

  6. Regular cleaning duties, including studio maintenance

  7. Stocking supplies and maintaining overall cleanliness

  8. Arriving on time and fulfilling responsibilities professionally

  9. Maintaining a positive attitude and respecting staff and fellow participants

  10. Representing City Dance Corps with professionalism

  11. Attending monthly in-person or virtual meetings

SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities: As a Sales Executive at City Dance Corps, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating and managing a dynamic customer loyalty and retention program: Utilize e-marketing, rewards points, and other strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.

  • Developing engaging promotions: Plan and execute monthly promotions for both existing and potential clients to drive interest and boost sales.

  • Managing the entire sales cycle: From prospecting and lead generation to deal closure, you will handle every aspect of the sales process.

  • Generating innovative ideas: Come up with creative ways to promote our brand, services, and products to stand out in the competitive dance industry.

  • Conducting market research: Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer preferences to support the creation of effective marketing campaigns.

  • Locating prospective customers and converting them into long-term partnerships: Utilize networking and your sales expertise to identify and nurture new sales opportunities.

  • Providing product knowledge and support: Use your in-depth knowledge of our offerings to address customer inquiries and showcase the value of our products.

  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas: Strive to achieve or surpass weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets to drive the company's growth.

  • Sales reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly sales reports to management for performance evaluation and strategic decision-making.

  • Building and maintaining relationships: Keep contact lists and follow up with current customers to cultivate strong, lasting connections.

Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • BA in business administration, sales, or marketing preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Manager, or similar sales role.

  • Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.

  • Familiarity with the latest sales and marketing trends in the dance industry.

  • Deep understanding of business sales processes with a strong business acumen.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of sales software is a plus.

  • Enthusiastic, passionate, a team player, and a relationship-builder.

  • Proven problem-solving, decision-making, time-management, written, and oral communication skills.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Front Desk staff member. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our studio, providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Assisting: Warmly welcome students, parents, and visitors, providing information about classes, schedules, and studio policies.

  • Phone and Email Correspondence: Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate staff members.

  • Registration and Payments: Assist with the registration process, manage class enrollments, and process payments accurately.

  • Studio Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and the studio.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
