WEEKLY OPEN CLASSES

Reservations, Refunds & Cancellations

  • You may cancel an Open Class reservation without penalty up to 2 hours before class.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of one class from a Class Package and/or a late cancellation fee as per your purchase contract.

  • A minimum of 5 students is required for a class to run. If this minimum is not met, the class may be cancelled, and you will receive a credit for future classes or services. You will be notified by email or phone.

  • No extensions will be granted for unused classes in Class Packages or Memberships, including those cancelled due to low enrollment. Pass holders must use credits within the activation period.

  • Exceptions for illness, injury, or incapacity require medical documentation outlining the condition, severity, and recovery time.

  • These policies apply to all Open Class Passes, including but not limited to: Intro Offer, Class Packs, Memberships, Single Passes, and promotional offers.

  • No refunds. All purchases are final.

LATIN

Reservations, Refunds & Cancellations

Latin Courses

  • Reservations: Progressive courses must be booked seven days before the start date.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you wish to withdraw from the course, you must cancel seven days prior to the start date.

Latin Weekly Classes

  • Online Reservations: All non-progressive Latin classes must be reserved online no less than 2 hours before class start times.

  • Cancellation Policy: You must cancel a reservation for our Latin weekly classes up to 2 hours before class. A minimum of 5 students is required for a class to run. If this minimum is not met, the class may be cancelled, and you will receive a credit for future classes or services. You will be notified by email or phone.

  • Fee Application: Late cancellations or no-shows incur a penalty of a reduction of one class from a Class Package, and/or an additional late cancel fee as detailed in the purchase contract on file.

  • Make-up Classes: There are no make-up classes for missed classes

  • No refunds. All purchases are final sales.

BEGINNER COURSES

Reservations, Refunds & Cancellations

Withdrawals made at least 1 week before the course start date are eligible for a full credit. Credits never expire and can be used for any City Dance Corps service.

No refunds. Withdrawals must be requested before the course begins.

No Make-Up Classes. Courses are progressive, and full attendance is expected.

A minimum of 4 students is required to run a course. If this minimum is not met, you will receive a full credit for future classes or services.

Promotional/Sale Passes

Intro Offers are promotional items. There are no extensions, refunds or credits. 

Anything purchased as part of sale, like our annual Deals of Christmas, Flash Sales, Seasonal Sales, Promotion Codes (you get lots of these if you sign up to our newsletter), and all other promotional items, there are no refunds, no credits and no extensions. They are not transferable. 


Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and are treated as cash value.

They can be used to purchase all classes and other services offered at City Dance Corps.

They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards are the responsibility of the gift card holder. Lost gift cards cannot be redeemed. 

Cards can be reloaded.


Private Lessons

Private lessons should be booked at least 3 days in advance and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Lessons are not confirmed without full payment.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full lesson fee. Lessons can be rescheduled with 24+ hours' notice at no extra cost.

No refunds once payment is made.

Private lesson packages must be paid in full and used within 1 year of purchase.

Students are responsible for booking their own lessons. All bookings are confirmed by email.

Private lesson rates apply to 1 student with 1 instructor. Semi-private rates apply to 2+ students with 1 instructor, with a $25 per additional student per hour upgrade fee for those on a private lesson package.


Special Workshops

Special Workshops include Guest Teacher Workshops, Aerial Silks, Monthly Featured Workshops, Performance Classes, and other Special Edition classes.

No make-up classes, credits, or refunds for missed sessions.

Students may join until week two, but the discounted workshop fee will not be prorated; the per-class rate will apply.

Workshops require a minimum enrollment to run. If the minimum is not met, you will receive a credit for future classes or services.

No refunds or credits once enrolled. Workshops are non-transferable between students.
